Workplace coaching and co-coaching
Workplace challenges can be a source of stress and anxiety for autistic employees that impact how we show up at work.
Coaching is much more than a conversation – coaching creates the space to pause, reflect, and work through challenges. This leads to the individuals viewing things from different perspectives, identifying barriers to success and working through to productive solutions taking ownership and action.
We offer one-to-one coaching and co-coaching to meet your needs.
Co-coaching
The relationship between senior leaders, managers and employees is vital for successful performance and growth of employees. With co-coaching we work with an individual and their Line Manager to identify strengths and challenges, and to improve communication and understanding to better meet business needs.
Differences between neurotypical and neurodivergent people can cause misunderstandings and friction. Our coaching provides a safe space to increase awareness and understanding, and to work together to gain better clarity on goals and the strategies needed to achieve them.
Common topics include different communication styles that cause misunderstandings, lack of awareness of sensory differences that can make the working environment difficult, and a better understanding of neurodivergent employees strengths and challenges. Managing executive function challenges is also a common topic for coaching sessions with neurodivergent employees struggling with issues like time management, organisation and prioritisation.

We work side by side with you in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

On a one-to-one basis or with the support of your Line Manager we help you identify the goals you want to achieve in a positive and proactive way, and identify the hurdles that are holding you back.
